How do I book trainings?
The easiest way is via our Matrix42 Marketplace, but you can also simply contact us by e-mail.
How do I book trainings as a partner?
You can book the trainings as described above, but it is advisable to first contact channelcare@matrix42.com and create an enablement plan.
Where can I find the former “Matrix42 ESM” or “Efecte” trainings?
All previous “Matrix42 ESM” trainings are now labeled as Matrix42 Enterprise Trainings and can be found here:

Are the trainings available in several languages?
Yes, all trainings are offered at least in English. Depending on the product, you will also find training courses in German and Finnish. Other languages may be available depending on demand.
What happens if I cannot attend the training at short notice?
If you know that you will not be able to attend a training, please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise we will have to charge a cancellation fee. You can find detailed information on this in our contractual terms and conditions for services in the terms and conditions.
Is it certain that public trainings will take place?
No, if there are not enough participants (at least 2 customers), we will unfortunately have to cancel the training. Cancellations will be announced one month before the start of the training.
Will I receive a confirmation of having participated at the trainings?
Yes, there is at least a certificate of attendance for all trainings. The following courses are completed with a certificate: “Matrix42 Core & Pro Service Management Administration Training” and “Matrix42 Core & Pro Self-Service Administration”.
What technical equipment do I need for the online trainings?
In addition to a computer with appropriate peripherals and a stable online connection, at least two monitors should be available (three monitors are recommended).

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. toll-free from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Ireland, Australia and the USA (from AT&T and Verizon landlines only).
